First off put HOT packs on it.. Heat draws it to a head., I know they say don't pop them, so what you can do is use your two index fingers, and press down and apart around the pimple. Then make sure you put some alcohol on it, and some cold water to close the poor.. Just keep hot packing and pressing, until it comes out, it might come to another head, and if so, do the same thing, at least it won't be all ugly looking. It worked for me..

My derm recommends using warm compresses to help bring pimples to a head.

I'd leave the toothpaste alone. A lot of folks get bumps on the skin around their mouths from an ingredient that's in toothpaste.

Okay, for just all around better-looking skin, RELAX. Take a bath atleast twice a week - a nice, long, relaxing bubble bath. Bring a good book and just read also. The warm water and bubbles will relax your whole body - including your skin and face. For tired-looking skin, make sure your face is clean and hold it over a pot of boiling, steaming water for about 15 minutes. You might want to watch T.V. while doing this as it can get a little boring. This helps to open up and clean your pores. When you are done, splash your face with really cold water to close your pores and make sure no bacteria gets in. Popular to contrary belief, cucumber slices actually DO help with dark circles and puffiness underneath and around eyes. For wrinkles, whip up an egg white (NO egg yolks - they can cause salemonella) and apply it to your whole face. Let it dry for about 10 minutes and then wash it off with soap and warm water. It should start to feel tight while it is on - this is normal - and it will minimize the size of your pores and reduce breakouts. For a giant pimple, DO NOT POP IT! In fact, try not to touch it at all - friction with pimples causes them to get worse. Also, don't wash your face more than twice a day, or else drying will occur. To get rid of a pimple (not blackheads or whiteheads), apply toothpaste (not gel) overnight to the pimple or crush up an aspirin pill and some drops of water to make a paste to apply to the pimple. Lemon juice will help dry out pimples also. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TO DRINK A LOT OF WATER! I drink about 50 oz of water every day and it helps me. Those are some home-remedies that I can think of right now, so good luck!

wash the area dab with hydrogen peroxide, put a warm cloth on it (do not make it to hot) put it on a few times, in the morning it should come to a head, if it does not go to a dermatologist for a shot of cortisone that will shrink the pimple. Do not squeeze it because it will push the bacteria deeper and cause possible scaring.

It always helps to use a hot wet towel and hold it to the area so that all the pus can come to a head. Keep replacing the towel with more hot water until you get your relief.

Go outside and run 3 miles. The increased bloodflow to the capillaries will push the head out so you can pop it easily.

a hot compress usually works for me. It helps to open the pore and let the fluid out.
