one of the reasons i like it is because you can eat lots of vegetables, they are just so good for you, give you lots of nutrients, and fiber, and fill you up, you can eat good carbs, just not in combination with proteins. it is a lot more flexible than say the atkins diet. easier to live with, for a long time
is free, is healthy, has great support people, people that are actually following this way of eating, currently, have been for years, and newbies, like yourself..has amazing simple recipes..
good luck

Hi,
Instead of a diet, how about a different eating plan? Go into it gradually. If you drink 5 sodas day, reduce it to 4 this week, replacing one of them with water or tea. Then next week reduce it to 3, etc etc. Also eat complex carbs that take your body longer to digest such as brown rice, oatmeal, vegetables, fruit. They are also healthy for you. Don't go hungry, just eat different foods than what you are now eating. This has to be a gradual thing if you want the weight loss to last and if you want to stay healthy.
Try to get 20-30 minutes of steady activity per day even if it is just marching in place. Don't overexert yourself, just keep moving for 20 minutes. Eventually you can increase that amount of time or add some more vigorous exercise.
See what replacements you can make in your diet so you don't feel deprived, but are ingesting less fat and sugar. For instance, tuna salad is good. If you add Egg Beaters instead of hard boiled eggs, use Fat Free Miracle Whip instead of mayonaise, and eat it on a tomato or by itself instead of on bread, you have cut out a bunch of calories. If you add chopped celery and onions, this is even better. They take up space in the tummy and have nearly 0 calories. Anyway...see what I mean? You can do this subtitution thing with lots of foods.
Best wishes to you! Remember...small steps add up!

well...i don't really know any sites like that..but i suggest you should never drink soft drink ,well that's wat I do,,soft drink don't taste that good,i prefer water ...even diet coke..it also makes you fat.
don't eat so much bread,,try rice..it has less carbohydrate.
and exercise more...since you are around 270 to 300 pounds,,don't try running at first,.try walking fast, the best time to exercise is in afternoon around 4pm instead of in the morning
Another thing is don't sleep too late, make sure you have 8 to 9 hours sleep everyday.well, wat else?watch your diet..no junk food.no high sugar, high salt food ,and i think you know eat more veggies (long fiber is good like celery ,dill, spinage --don't eat the raw,,fried them or boil them)and combine proper exercise.hope this could help:)
