that's nothing, "El Diablo" means the devil and Placito Picacho well it could be a name but it's not a common name.
Picacho it's a sharp mountain tip.

1st of all, all that together don´t make any sense. I guess you want the translation of the words. If so:
Plácito / opinion or judgment
Picacho / a sharp peak
El diablo / The Devil

Maybe: Devil´s judgment peak (but i insist, it doesn´t make any sense, neither in English nor in Spanish)
