You can try http://www.whitepages.ca or http://www.canada411.com but if you're looking for a paper telephone directory, you can get one by calling Telus at 1-877-987-8737 however I believe they only ship to Alberta or BC addresses. You could have them send it to a place like Mail Boxes ETC or the UPS store or whatever they're called now and give them your credit card number over the phone to have your package shipped/forwarded somewhere else.
