I would call the parents and tell them he has a tummy ache. Depending on the parents they will either come home or tell you what to do with him. Definitly don't give him medication unless you have consent from the parents, many parents dont' like it when babysitters give their kids medication unless they are told to do so.

Try having him lay on his side with his knees pulled up to his chest - this will help if he is having gas pains.

Give hime some crackers - he might be hungry.

If it's just nausea, give him something peppermint, like gum or a piece of a candy cane. The smell naturally cures nausea.

attempt having him lay on his area together with his knees pulled as much as his chest - this could help if he's having gas pains. supply hime some crackers - he could be hungry. If it quite is in basic terms nausea, supply him something peppermint, like gum or in basic terms a sprint a candy cane. The scent for sure treatments nausea.

Magooie123 is correct. Contact the parents right away. While you are waiting for them though, lie him on his side. There won't be much you can do without medication, and you'll need his parents consent before doing so...

Lay him on his back and rub his tummy softly in circles..
It helps ME!! I had to do it today, I PROMISE!

Also, Seven-up or Mountain Dew or Sprite.

He MAY need a good B-U-R-P!

Children's pepto.

Or when I was little, I would lie on my stomach and it would feel better. Also have them try lying on their right side (i think) to help the stomach empty.
