Getting pimples on your back is not bad, it's normal. You can get pimples in any place of your body but they are generally more common on the face.

You can apply any acne cream to help them go away. Also, sometimes sunlight can dry the pimples out, and if it's really bad just go see a dermatologist.

Acne on areas such as shoulders, back, and chest are normal, especially for the hormonal changes that one experiences in their teenage years. Skin cancer does not usually present itself as pimples. You can use any topical cream to treat the infected area, like you would your face. Make sure that it has salicytic acid, 2% is the highest percentage you can get over the counter. Also, Neutrogena makes a medicated body scrub that you can use in the shower for acne. It dries out your skin, but it works.
If neither of these helps, you may need to see a dermatologist for a stronger prescription.

Pimples on the back aren't all that uncommon. There are some people who sweat on the back which leads to pimples. You would see a big difference if you used a back brush in the shower scrubbing your back well with an antibacterial soap which tends to try skin out a bit. If you shower daily you should see results within a week. Good luck.

No, its not cancer. don't worry about it...(i read the first response. and yes.. if your taking steroids that COUDL be the result fo them.. stop takgin them) BUT.. i'm assumign you don't take steroids. in which case.. your probably like me and jsut have the horrible misfortune of pimples on your back. i don't get alot. but i find if i ahve a hihgly fragranced shampoo, OR if i tkae a bubble bath or anythign that will leave my skin oily i will get acne on my back... another thing that coudl cause it is if you go to the gym or workout/sweat alot.. if your not showering regularly or frquently enough.. then that ocudl also cause it... to get rid of them.. try a different shampoo or soap.. or thry showering more.. OR if none fo thoes sound like they are factors.. then jsut try ussing a regular acne treatment such as neutragena... ro talk to a dermatologist abotu it.... good luck

I have an acne treatment that has won me the best answer better then twenty times (Many said they also had cases of it on their back like you do). Often, the person who voted it the best answer was amazed at how well it worked, even those who had severe cases of acne. I'll copy and paste it below.

Use a hot compress on it (a washcloth, sponge, or anything that will allow you to apply moist heat to the area), and then use cool water to close the pores. Do the process over and over again, about five or six times. Use soap to wash the area, rinse it with warm water, blot off the excess water with a clean towel, and then treat it with an alcohol soaked cotton ball. It should be gone within five to six hours.

Here are some of the previous comments I cut and pasted from those who voted it as the best answer,

I'm not trying to judge you here, but if you are taking anabolic steroids, acne and in particular acne on your back is one of the side effects - the most benign side effect.

See yor doctor about this one. If you are taking 'roids, be honest and ask for help. If you're not, you might want to ask about seeing a dermatologist (skin doctor).

I don't think skin cancer manifest itself that way, so don't worry about that.
Try Neutrogena Body Clear Wash or scrub. It has Salicylic acid, which helps get rid of pimples.

no sweetie-haha i'm sorry but that's part of puberty. you get zits and blackheads on your face, back, chest and sometimes even neck area. Proactive can help, but I'd just wait it out if I were you.
