You need to re-establish youself as "alpha" (leader). You can start by making her stop humping and giving her a firm "NO!" look her directly in the eyes and do not look away untill she does. make her lie down befor you give her ANYTHING she wants. (toys, food, walks, affection) Make her do what you say. Be consistant

If they were no fixed I would take them and have that done. After all, it's not exactly fair to punish a dog for dog was nature tells it to do.

If it were already fixed I would firmly tell it no, and give it a very disapproving look. Many dogs want to please their humans so badly and when they see it on your face that your don't approve they can be their own worst critic. Sometimes my dog does that to a large cat of mine to assert his dominance as they are the only two males in the house. All I have to do is look at him and shake my head and he gets a little ashamed and holds his ears back and won't look me in the eye. But I swear I don't spank him or raise my voice!
