okay so im sick of the things that i hear over and over. can someone please give me a different type of dieting thats easy interesting and doesnt involve me going out and buying all these organic foods. i need a simple diet that can help me loose weight in a small amount of time. help me.[=

Eat less and move more! Be sure to eat good foods that will give you lots of energy--fruit, veggies, whole grains, fish, beans, etc. Good luck...I know you can do it!!

You should not be in a hurry to lose weight, but if you do need to make some changes, there are some simple things to look at. Cut down on hydrogenated fats and things with corn syrup. If you aren't exercising, look into activities that will be fun for you. Drinking soda pop and eating fast food are easy ways to consume a lot of calories that your body doesn't need. You don't have to go organic, but that is a good way to find the foods that your body will thrive on.

The most important thing is don't skip meals! When you skip a meal, your body reacts by slowing down your energy reserves and burning muscle not fat. So eat frequently but small meals. Eat healthy too, no junk food, fast food, sugary foods, soda's or high fat foods. Dairy and meat products are high in fat, so if you must eat these cut down on your intake. Eat Lot's of fresh veggies and fruits, and whole grain rice, pasta's and breads. Drink at least 1 gallon of water a day. And exercise as often as you can, even if all you can do right now is simply walk one block, then do it and increase gradually every day as tolerated. Aim to lose 2 or 3 lbs a week and no more. When you buy food at the store look very carefully at the fat content. For instance if you buy cream cheese, then buy non-fat. And same for ice cream type desserts. If you buy muffins, bran are the lowest content in fat and after awhile you'll learn to love the taste (not to mention bran is good for us).

I have heard that the best way to lose weight, is to cut out only 100 calories a day. 100 Calories isn't hard at all, and then the next week, you can cut out another 100 calories until you are eating your daily range of calories.

Also, don't eat at least 3 hours before bed time. And, go for walks, park in a parking lot so you have to walk a bit. Both diet and excerise contribute to weight loss.

Start cutting out junk food and sodas.. don't eat and chips candy etc. Eat 3 healthy meals a day in small portions, and snack on fresh fruits and vegetables inbetween meals if you're hungry. Drink plenty of water and exercise, even if its just going for a walk around the block anything will help. Also, don't get discouraged if you dont see immediate results. Good luck!

Weight Watchers seems to be the most successful for people. You can sign up online. I did it several years ago and still haven't gained the weight back! :) Now whenever I gain the "Holiday 5" I sign up for Self magazine's online program, it goes w/ the tips in the magazine and always helps in a sensible, realistic way. I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

I have been using Slimquick, since May and have lost 35 pounds. Just follow directions and it really helps cut your appetite. I usually have no willpower, but this worked for me. Good Luck.
