Ok, so the name's I've come up with so far have been panned by the Yahoo answers forum, but how about -
'Irrigate My Spleen'
Surely that's an attractive first name for a girl? I would of course insist it be used in full at all times.

Thats an amazing name! Come on kids i couldn't of thought of a better one myself, with celebrities naming thier children names such as 'Apple','Daisy Boo', 'Poppy Honey','Fifi Trixibelle', 'Peaches' and 'Pixie'. Anything is possible!
