Well Bee Pollen is a great natural resource it is high in fiber, proteins so it is a natural food, you can eat it anytime take it with you, my husbands trigycerides were 697 after eating bee pollen for 30 days it was 248 and going done. Excerise is also a good way to improve your cholesterol levels. It will raise your HDL (good cholesterol) and lower your LDL (bad cholesterol)
