The Federal Reserve Act of 1913

I'll try to avoid the political partisanship and assume you are talking about crimes against the state, rather than crimes against humanity.

A relatively unknown mass murderer from years ago, H.H. Holmes (aka Herman Mudgett), in Chicago, built an entire house/hotel for the purpose of luring unsuspecting visitors to the Chicago Exposition of 1893. Once within his walls, many disappeared mysteriously. When his hotel was raided, officials found a suffocating death chamber and a crematorium with human remains. It is unknown how many Mudgett/Holmes actually killed, but he was certainly one of the earliest serial killers in American history, and one of the most depraved men of all time.

Ah, I knew it would only be a response or two before some liberal loser mentioned Bush. God, man..get a life already. If you only knew how stupid you sounded and how little Bush or anyone else in gov't (dems included) actually give a crap about you. Those in power laugh at losers like you. While you run around like a hippie freak and we all fight each other, both parties are screwing us behing closed doors. Its a game and people like you do their bidding. Behind closed doors, in the halls of power, THEY are all on the same side. They play us off each other to advance their agenda..which is to get rich and get their friends rich. Man, get a life.

As far as the most depraved crime in history? I go with soiling the office of the president, the most prestigous position in the world, and then LYING about it!

I really don't think its possible to choose one. Albert Fish ate a little girl and then sent her mother a letter telling how sweet the meat was. There are many more like that, unfortunately.
