I'm not sure you could get a french bull dog for $500.00 unless you adopt one. Try your local shelter.

try to find a good reputable breeder. Try the AKC website they have breeder directories for each breed. Don't buy from a pet store just cause they are cheaper than a breeder. That would be supporting puppy mills which is where pet stores get all their puppy's from. Also you probably won't find french bulldog for under 1,000.00 maybe a pug though.

look on petfinder.com. It will give you a list of dogs in your local animal shelters. They usually have older dogs, but they sometimes get purebred puppies in. Just gotta be QUICK, cause they go fast when they get them. Otherwise i don't know.

Quality dogs cost money to breed. You don't want to end up with a sick or genetically diseased dog do you?
