Yes! Alcohol and Marijuana can come up on any kind of blood test. So might wanna stop it for a few days at least. Maybe a week before the blood work.
Good luck hope there is no problem.

Sure they can. marijuana can last in the blood stream as long as 30 days, I think.

And alchohol can last a surprisingly long time, too? 3 days after you drank it, I think?

If the tests are important to you, it might be better not to wait, though.

Maybe there's a chance the doctor wouldn't be so interested in that.

Afterall, that is not really any of his concern, except now, legally they can make it they're concern, under mental health. Good Luck. I wouldn't put off needed tests.

It doesn't just come up on your bloodwork without the physician requesting specific tests for each one. Your liver enzymes may be elevated due to alcohol use or abuse, which would lead to questions to eliminate possibilities. You shouldn't waste your time or the doctors' time by attempting to hide something so common.I've tried that crap years ago and it cost me a lot more than I bargained for .But "with youth, comes stupidity."

They have to be testing for the marijuana for it to come up in a test. I'm not sure about the alcohol though.

Ya, your blood shows pretty much everything. If you're going to smoke up it will most likely show up in the results. Blood is your life stream and you're infecting it with dirty weed and booze. If you don't want to have futher complications, you would have to give up consuming alcohol and drugs in any form.

The tests are specific...so if they are testing for certain drugs ...weed and alcohol then yes, other wise no. But there is doctor patient confidentiality laws.
