well I don't like to wash all the oils out of my skin it makes it dry quicker but on any days that i work out or tan or apply make up or go to a smoky enviorment like a bar.. after any outdoor activitys I take a shower
if i just sit on my butt all day in my house then I didn't get dirty I will call this a hot oil treatment but the cheaper kind.. my hair is very healthy andmy skin is softer then anyone who applies lotion daily..
I would say 4-6 days a week i shower!

Every morning, and after every work out or if I'm doing a lot of housecleaning. Sometimes at night just to relax before bed. Either that or a bubble bath before bed.
But I do not wash my hair but every other day.
