I have two kids. Just had my baby this past November. I am ready to workout now but I have that spare tire around my tummy. I hate it. All my zippers keep going down in my pants and I hate it. What exercises can I do for the lower part of my abdomen?

Lay down on the floor, knees up in a sit-up position. Place an orange under your chin. Do a crunch. Putting the orange under your chin forces you to NOT bend your neck, bend your back in the wrong place, and forces your body to use the proper place in your abs to work out. Do 10. Then, in the same position, put one ankle on top of the opposite knee. Do a crunch towards your side (don't forget the "orange" rule!!!) Do 10, then switch sides. Do over and over until you're tired!

Exercise or no exercise you won't be able to lose the weight if you don't cut your food intake but we all know that's pretty hard, right? A good appetite suppressant can help you out big time but it has to be natural or you can get into serious heath problems.

I lost 38 lbs in 2 months by using garcinia cambogia extract (FDA approved 100% natural). In my first month 26 and then 12 the second month. I was an emotional eater and these supplements changed my life. They act like an appetite suppressant so I didn't feel like eating anymore. Not hungry anymore -> Lower calories -> Lose weight, simple as that. I did no exercises just 20 minutes walks 5 days a week.

It's been 4 months since I lost the weight and I did not gain any pounds back, actually I lost another 5 lbs (I stop taking them after I lost the weight). If you want to take a look here is a website where you can find discounts: http://www.garciniacambogiapromo.com I got them 30% off from here. Hope this helps!

I am sorry...I don't have an answer for you...I just wanted to sympathize. Let you know you aren't alone. I have 2 children. Both by c-section. Just had my little daughter in July. I bounced back right after the 1st c-section...got back the flat tummy...well...90%. There was a little bit of extra I couldn't get rid of under the incision, but pants covered it up. I now have that spare tire too and want so desperately to get rid of it. So if you get any good answers please email me with what you come up with. nikke.reese@yahoo.com
