I found 2 on NTSB. One was an uncontained engine failure(exploded). The other was flight 800 where the center wing tank exploded.

no one is sure, not even the FAA, but there are quite a few because TWA was a main terrorist target airline, flight 800 was one of them whre a 747 broke up in flight because of a fire i do recal another one where two men detonated a bomb in a 747, but i forgot the flight number though
