Does anyone has this issue with their CHI straighteners...I've had mine for 4 years and I feel like its losing its hotness. When I straighten my hair with it now it doesn't get that hot anymore. Is there anything I can do about it?

hmm ive only had mine for less than 2 years and it still works well... maybe yours is just worn out and you need to get a new one.

You might want to check their website, I know they have a warranty-but it may only be for the first year. I think 4 yrs. is a pretty damn good run though, y not get a new one?

Mine did that and sometimes if you leave it on hot for like 2 hours then just unplug it and let it cool sometimes it will get hotter

well ive only have like it for like 2 years so ya but im pretty sure they come with a whole life warranty-at least mine is

I would check with the warranty and how long its good for. But i'd think its probably faulty and you'll be entitled to a new one.
