you eat at least 120-150 carbs? Good carbs, though, like from fruit, veggies, oatmeal, wheat bread, that kind of stuff, and no white starches
Oh, and almost no sugar.

FYI - Wheat bread is still not good for you. Most are made with processed sugar and flour.

As for reducing the amount of calories you need, NO. Just exercise more and stick with the 1000-1500 calories a day and you'll be okay. Exercise for at least 40 minutes a day, 5 days a week and you'll see a huge difference. Oh, and no snacking.Drink water if you crave to snack.

Yes. The carbs you're referring to are complex carbohydrates, which take longer to burn up and which provide longer lasting energy. Be sure the bread is whole wheat or whole grain, not plain processed wheat. Add some exercize like walking 3 times a week and lifting light weights twice a week and you'll see the pounds start melting away. Good luck!!

Depends on what u have been eating earlier and whether u continue to maintain the activity level.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Yes, but do not dip below 1350-1500 calories per day. Once you dip down to around 1k calories a day, your metabolism slows, thus slowing the process of losing weight. This is also unhealthy for your body, and will encourage your body to begin to store fat and go into "starvation mode", conserving your energy. It's a response your body reacts with automatically, in preparation that you will be without food for long periods of time. So make sure you still eat a healthy amount.

It depends on how many calories a day you are burning - hard to know, but there are places online that will help you estimate. Because I'm sedentary, I only burn about 1450/day. So by eating 1200/day I'm losing about 1.5 lbs/week. Anything less than 1200/day is considered starvation and your body will not function as efficiently. Ultimately, the best way to lose a few pounds is to incorporate some exercise.

Provided you expend more than you take in, you will lose weight. FYI, 3500 calories = 1 pound of fat.
