She eats so much, 3 meals a day and snacks. She is 5,10 and barely weighs 100 pounds. She just isn't gaining weight. She has always been skinny but she hates being skinny. Is it possible to inject fat into her? Is there anything that will make her gain weight. She wants to be 140 pounds.

1. Weight train. Don't completely avoid aerobic exercises. You have to experiment to see how they affect your weight gain. A highly recommended book is Championship Bodybuilding by Chris Aceto.
2. Get more protein. Protein provides the basic building blocks for muscles. It is recommended that you eat your weight in grams. For example, keep your protein between 1-1.5 times your bodyweight. For example, for a 150lb person, he/she would eat between 150g-225g of protein per day. You will not hurt your kidneys by eating this much protein. Unless you have had a kidney removed, your kidneys will not have any problems with this amount.
3. Drink protein shakes. You can also buy protein in powder form. Whey protein is recommended because it is easily absorbed into the body after workouts. Mix it with milk, yogurt, and/or the fruit of your choice. The majority of your protein intake should come from real food, not protein powders.
4. Eat carbs, especially oatmeal and pasta. Add extra olive oil. While your protein intake will be higher than before, you should consume more carbohydrates than protein.
5. Eat smaller portions of food but more often. Whereas before you may have had 3 meals a day, you could have pseudo-meals in between these. As a general rule, eat every 3 hours. Don't wait till dinner to stuff yourself. Spread out your meal amounts evenly. 6-8 meals per day is feasible.
6. Rid yourself of any preconceived notions that dietary fat is unhealthy. Consume as much unsaturated fat as possible (but avoid saturated and particularly trans fat).
7.Move a portion of your calorie intake to later in the night, but at least two hours before bedtime.
8. Drink near a gallon to a gallon and a half of water per day.

Maybe her metabolism is too high, if she does a lot of activities, especially sports, she might need to cut down a bit.

High protein shakes also help the body to gain pounds. Ensure and Boost are very good protein shakes as well as Hershey Milkshakes. Drink a lot of fruit smoothies as well.

She could have a thyroid disorder that is preventing her from gaining weight. Tell her to go to a doctor to check that out. My sister was trying to gain weight for quite a while as well and the doctor told her that was the problem.

Try protein bars, when I was trainin for athletics, protein bars gave me extra fat so I could turn it into muscle, so that might help. Also carbs like pasta can help u gain weight if u eat alot of em, then dont work them off

gaining weight is never healthy
she has a really high metabolism
to slow it down you have to eat bread, plain white bread
chocolate and junk foods are unhealthy but they make you fat
but you know what, ill have her body if she doesnt wont it i wanna be 5'10 and 100 pounds, anytime

um, how old is she. The truth is that most skinny people who are young do not gain weight until early 20's. she should be thankful that she is not over weight trying to lose it!

I would suggest that she sees a doctor so they can discuss healthy ways for her to gain weight. Plus to examine her to make sure she doesn't have anything wrong with her such as a tape worm.

well...u can load up on the fats.and not drink that much wter.since it is wat dissolves fat....
