It would be tough. As they are likely spread out all over the country. You could maybe try the usmc.mil website, but I don't know if they post anything like that. A person's military record, though a government employee, is not a matter of public record. Therefore, the only way you would really find out is if there was an article on it in a paper somewhere. Or, if someone told you.

easy!!! just go to military.com and click usmc....you can also check the military casualties on irarqwar.com and it will tell you if any awards where given after the servicemen departed.
