I think until people have all adopted one or two children they shouldn't be trying to tell someone to bring another unwanted child into this world.
Also, I don't think anyone should be allowed to tell a woman what she can and cannot do with HER body. Do I think abortion should be used as birth control? No, but I do think it should stay legal.

Sorry, but its hard to take you seriously, when you only wear your speedos to yahoo answers. It does no good for anyone else, and is actually just real annoying to see it. Can't you just enjoy yourself in speedos, without subjecting us all to it?
As for unborn babies, they cannot even cry for help. People are so careless, and must have sex, and not take responsibility for what happens. When a new life is made, that if left alone would become like you and I, but is stopped short, that is simply murder of a human life. As for saving the children in third world countries, people, that want to, can give money to organizations to help them, but beyond that, we are very limited. But, just because that fact exists, does not mean we are justified in killing unborn babies, with beating hearts, here where we live now. You don't have an argument. And murder of a human at any stage of development is wrong, period. People fight much harder for whales and opossums to live, than human babies.

Put yourself in this position. You (or your girlfriend/wife) have a one year old child and you (or your girlfriend/wife) get pregnant again. Because of a medical condition you (or your girlfriend/wife) have, it has compromised the pregnancy and the choice given to you was your life or its life. I was in that situation...and I sinned because I decided to be a mother for my one year old? You can't categorize abortion as a sin. It's a perception and one that people who haven't personally gone through has no idea what it's like, phyically and emotionally. There's too many different situations for the reason for abortions.
I do agree that we all need to do more for children, whether it be in the third world countries or in this country.

what they really care about is controlling women's rights. I once asked a man outside a hospital I was going into( he wrongly assumed that I was going for an abortion) if he was willing to help support thebaby, then, if I didn't have an abortion. Suddenly, it was "Hey, that kid's not my business"

I agree with you. But we need not neglect the former issue for the latter.
