I'm a girl and about want a new mustang convertable.
I like the gt because i like the foglights they have on the front of the car. But what is the diffrence between the premium package and the delux. I honeslty know nothing about engiens just as long as the car looks good on the outside and it makes that loud noise when i accelerate.

The Premium choice adds a big sound system upgrade and leather seats.

The GT will be the model with the really great sound when you accelerate, but it will also cost more (purchase price, gas mileage, insurance, and replacement tires).

If you like the foglights on the GT, I would recommend looking into a V6 model with the Pony Package. That would add some chrome on the front end, and what I think is a nicer looking set of foglights as well as several more upgrades.

You can add the foglights on the front later or their may be an appearance package with them.

If you aren't going to be street racing for pink slips and don't care about engines then I strongly suggest you just go with the V6. It still has plenty of power, it will get a bit better fuel economy, it will be cheaper to buy and your insurance will be lower.

the premium package has like luxury stuff like leather, a nice sound system and upgraded rims and the deluxe package might have cloth seating a basic sound system and deluxe rims if you are goin to keep this car for a long time say....10 years or more get all the extras if not go for the things that you only like to have

If you know nothing about cars and don't really care to know then I wouldn't bother spending more money, espesially since you only care about the cars looks and sound.

a V-8 will sound better than a V-6....as far as the package goes....it's up to you...
