Im a girl and i know a lot of guys that have liked me but didnt do anything about it and just let the time pass and then i moved on. Most girls will be happy if you tell them that you like them, and when they hear that you like them they might devolop a crush on you two. First step, make it obvious you like her, alot of flirting and stuff. Then talk to her about deep stuff, make sure she knows your somone she can talk to. last step, tell her you like her, the easiest way would be over the computer, get in a convo about crushes by saying "who do you like" "why dont you have a bf" and things like that to get talking about that kind of stuff, hopefully somtime in that convo tehre will be a time when you can tell her that you like her easily. Dont get to nervous but DONT let the time pass, then the girl will move on.
