well this "dude"
calls me sh1t because my last name is shin. lol.
and he throws his binders at me feet and always bump into me in the hallways. does he like me . and when him and i are alone in the halway ill ran and hell follow me .
and if he does like me why doenst he ask me out? because he had been doing this for months. and what should i do?

he does like you, just that like a few people said, he is just probably too shy to actually ask you.
and age has nothing to do with it, it takes some people all of their lives to not even overcome shyness!
go ahead ask him, after all name calling is 1 reason, then dropping stuff at your feet is a way of getting your attention, so that you will notice him, when he bends down to pick it up, or he is waiting to meet you down there! in the hope that you will give him a hand to pick it up!
it sounds like you like him, so put your best foot forward at the next thing he drops!! or sooner!

He's probably just teasing you. Such an obnoxious guy like this would have asked his crush out a long time ago. Besides, if you two were going out, he would probably keep on teasing and basically abusing you.

But, it sounds like a grade 4 crush..so im hoping you arent that young, because if you are he should probably work on his maturity level and you dont want to date him anyways.

Guys tend to do random things to girls they like and he is not asking you out because he may be afraid you will say no.
Ask him if he likes you and closely examine his reaction.
