"I had an abortion at 17 and it was the worst thing I ever did. It was the first time I'd had sex, and that was rotten. I'd always thought it was going to be all violins, and it was just awful.
About going for the abortion:
"I went alone. I was terrified. It was full of other young girls, and we were all terrified and looking at each other and nobody was saying a bloody word. I howled my way through it, and it was horrible.
"I would never recommend it to anyone because it comes back to haunt you. When I tried to have children, I lost three - I think it was because something had happened to my cervix during the abortion."

Abortion is the killing of an innocent person and that is murder.
Women who love the killing of babies can do whatever they want with THEIR OWN body, but NOT with the baby's body.

Well, god bless them for standing up. For too long, no one talked of the horrors of abortions. There is horror that they don't prepare you for. It is such a final deed, and I am SO proud of these women making a change for the good. This helps make it, so that it wasn't all for nothing, and just horrible loss. It would be neat if they could have a site where families that adopted unwanted babies spoke out also, about how their lives changed for the better, how there are waiting lists, loving parents that cannot have their own kids. Enough of the crazy stopping of life. Thanks so much for asking this.

I think that any campaign that allows people to share their experiences is a great idea. When making a decision as serious as abortion; I really don't think enough women are given ALL the facts. The best way to learn about anything is unfortunately through the experiences of others. At the same time I hope it isn't used to place more guilt on women who choose to have one, despite knowing all of the facts.

I had an abortion when I was 25 years old because of something terrible. I did what I had to do and I have no regrets. I made the right decision at the time.
Fourteen years later I gave birth to a wonderful boy without complications.
Bottom line, if you are against abortion, fine. Don't have one.
You do not have the right to make that decision for anyone else.
Abortion is not murder!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The US Supreme court ruled on this over 30 years ago. There is nothing that you can do to stop it. Our rights are protected.
Keep your idiotic religious dogma out of our laws!

Gee, isn't it nice that people that have had abortions are now trying to stop it so other women like them can't have them. They were allowed but no one else should be is that right?
You people can think whatever the hell you like but until you are in a position to have one you don't have a right to talk. Also, you have no right to tell other women what they can and can't do with their bodies.

I don't think any sane human would disagree with the fact that it is not a great thing and that it can be traumatic.
But none the less it is still not my business what other people do with their lives. Having other people's sob stories shoved into the faces of the public will not change that fact. It is not my place to control other people's lives.
