i am 23 years old and ive been suffering with my stomach for about 6 years now. when i'm close to people my stomach starts acting up as in flatulating and i get more and more nervous, and it gets worse. this problem has interfered with my dating life and even school. sometimes i wonder if its in my head but i notice people do smell something. i do not have pains or throwing up but i'm beginning to think it has to do with my nervous system. is there any advise on what i could do ?

Aside from medical treatment, she can try alternative medicine and/or Reiki (but NOT as substitute to medical help). Citrine for acid reflux Should try also *ginger*. It's a natural herb Edit: @ Corey- I use alternative medicine in minor health issues when conventional does not work. I'm no doctor, however practiced it for a LONG time now, with good results. Don't knock it 'til you try it. There's a difference between alternative and conventional

Excess gas can easily be a sign of your digestive flora out of whack. Be sure to eat plenty of yogurt with live active cultures or take acidophillus capsules regularly.

irritable bowel syndrome is what it sounds like what you have. go to your doctor. It could be the sign of something serious. I would also keep a diary of foods you've eaten a week before u go see the doctor.
