What is now called Eastern Orthodoxy was the first Christian church, begun in the first century AD - Roman Catholicism is a breakaway, The schism finalised with the division of the Roman Empire into East and West.
Protestantism has it's roots with Martin Luther's 95 Articles, nailed to a cathedral door in the mid-sixteenth century.

Othodoxy-the 300s in a way, but didn't between a distinct group until the east-west schism of 1054.

Protestantism-Started in the early 1500s, and not a pretty history that, the catholic church was trying a bit too hard to win finances at the time, so people became protestants, said they were right, then got slaughtered when they revolted.

I suppose it depends on what you mean as orthodoxy. If you mean the Eastern Orthodox Church, it has been around as long as the Roman Catholic Church. They officially split from each other in A.D.1054, when the bishops of Rome and Constantinople mutually excommunicated each other along with their followers.

Protestantism began with the German Reformation in the 1500s. There were two main branches: Evangelical Lutheranism, with Martin Luther and Philip Melanchthon as its leaders, and the Reformed Church, with John Calvin, Ulrich Zwingli, and John Knox leading it.
