Everytime Im out with the guys I see maybe one or two girls id consider starting anything with. The problem is I cant bring myself to go talk to them. I get told by lots of girls Im hot and have a great body and whatever so its not like my self esteem is low or im self conscious. I just feel like another asshole hitting on them because most of the girls are very beautiful and get approached ALL the time. I just really have no idea on how to approach a girl like that.

You need to learn how to flirt. Hitting on women is assholish, but flirting is just being friendly.
Try just quickly flirting with people you have no interest in: When you're on the treadmill at the gym, say to the person on the machine next to you, "Want to race?" Or telling someone, "That is a great jacket." Whatever. Just get into the habit of it. Then, when you do see the girl you want to get to know, you can easily give them a quick flirt, smile, and go on about your business.
She'll either be into it or she won't, but your chances are going to greatly improve over doing absolutely nothing. It certainly did wonders for me, and my body sucks! lol

True, they probably get approached all of the time, but why feel like an @$$ about it? Asking a girl out is healthy and normal. If she doesn't like you, it probably has more to do with her than you.
Most women seem to be attracted to self-confidence & humor. Acting self-conscience about approaching her makes you seem less attractive in her eyes, so don't be embarassed about the fact that you are attracted to her. But don't be too obvious, either, because that makes you seem needy or desperate (big turn-off).
One suggestion by one dating website is counter-intuitative; walk up to her and make a joke about something that she is wearing or doing. If what you say is funny and light, it makes you look confident that you had the guts to crack a joke on a stranger, and it makes you seem like you have a sense of humor. If she gets offended and leaves, that tells you that she was probably too immature of a person for you to get along with anyway.

What is the worst taht will happen, they will say no. Wow big deal. Just go for it. Have fun. Maybe the first few times do it to be silly or something. How old are you. It seems like you aren't in 7th grade anymore so if you do get rejected the whole school isn't going to know. When is the next time you will see the girls again. and Live life and go for it. these are the best times!

Say hi and make a comment about something that will start a conversation. Don't use some lousy pick up line. Those girls are probably thinking the same thing as you. I think that all the time about guys.

When you approach a girl, just talk to her normally. Don't say anything that would make her think you're hitting on her. For example, you can say a simple "I like your shoes". She will probably just say thanks and ignore you because she thinks you're hitting on her. Then just smile at her slightly and walk away. She'll probably come chasing after you a few moments later.

Treat them like they are "one of the guys", even if you want to get into their pants. Talking to girls/women is such an easy thing to do. Any smart female already knows, men want to hook up with them. So just talk to them. You can't ride a bike without practising on it first.
