my task manager lost its menu bar. Please help me fix!

ok this is what you do
right click at the top of your browser and click the words that say menu bar. (below your search bar)

u can press ctrl-tab keys the two mutually to get energetic courses. to repair it, press alt - down arrow key. u gets some pull down menu. shop hitting suited or left arrow until finally u get flow decision. decide on flow and hit enter and flow that show screen using ur arrow keys. each and all of the wonderful :)

Just do a system restore to a date you know it was working correctly.
Start>all programs>accessories>system tools>System Restore.
You have to pick a date in bold.
