Don't go there. Seriously. Find any other girl just to get this one out of your head
In truth, you shouldn't be friends with her if you are feeling this way. Without her even meaning to, she messes with your head because you want one thing and she doesn't.
The one thing that might get her interested in you is if she thought she couldn't have you anymore. Women tend to "keep" some guys as friends that they like for their company, but don't bother dating them because... well, why bother? It's the same reason guys don't marry girls who easily give them sex: Why buy the cow when the milk is free?
So my advice is to date someone else. You might like that other person more, or you might be able to make this girl feel jealous and suddenly actually be interested in you.
Either way, it's better than torturing yourself.

you have the wrong question. You should not want to make her change her mind. If you treat her the way she wants to be treated and let her know how you feel that should help her look at you with different feelings. If she still doesn't have the same feelings for you then you need to move on. For you to change your personality to fit hers, you will want to move on sooner then you think to find a girl that has the same likes as you do.

Do everything nice and sweet. Make her feel wanted and do something special to show her that you want her. Every woman like flowers and candy if she doesn't then man just give it up and look for someone that wants you for you. Sometimes that might be the best thing possible because you can't make a person love you. Trust me I know.

depends what type of girl she is, what she likes etc. find out if you have anything in common with her, see if theres any hobbies you could do togethor, or anything that would involve her seeing more of you

find out more about her, become her friend first, she'll get to know the real you, without any strings attached, that's the perfect way to do what you want to do, it's always been the way i start my relationships.
