I don't know. M&Ms are american i think and Cuba isnt a place for american things. Jazz was not allowed in cuba at one time and i think it still isnt. Only because it was american.

No they do not. They sell only Ws&Ws there. They tried selling 3s & Es there, but they were too hard to peel.
