well first off you haven't given us enough info to work with, aybe you're shy, maybe you HAVe caught his attention but he acts like he doesn't know you exist because hes... scared... somethin like tht, I can't find the word, pardon the horrible typing

this really works!put on a lot of makeup andwaira short skirt and tight shirt and high heels and when he talks to you act like your not interested play hard toget

either your not his type, he isnt interested, or you arent doing a very good job grabbing attention. if youve tried for a while and it just isnt happening, move on.
