Man from birth to his last breath is thinking. What comprises this ‘thought? Thought is a faint impulse of energy. It is this ‘energy’ or thought that gets transformed to action and leads one to achievement and fulfillment.
So when a single thought is energy, the source of all thoughts (the brain) should be a reservoir of energy. Thus the process of fulfillment in life starts from thoughts and the thinking process.
In order that this reservoir of energy functions to its full potential it is important that we give it rest. Giving rest to the brain entails experiencing the silence between thoughts.
When we experience the silence between thoughts, creativity is enhanced and we get the best possible results from life. This state is called Alpha.
This silence is a natural state just as action is a natural state. Being in a state of action and not experiencing the silence within, leads to failure or problems in life; as this silence is the source of joy and success.
We can experience silence - just as we are experiencing thoughts. Here is how.
Sit comfortably, in a dark place, with your eyes closed.
When you close your eyes the first thing you will experience is thought. Thoughts flow before your eyes and you are watching the thoughts. You are not the thought itself.
Generally you tend to lose yourself in these thoughts. However you should not move with the thoughts, but just watch their flow. In the beginning you may not be able to experience this with clarity.
After a few days of practice, you will begin to see the thoughts more clearly. Now you must follow the track of thoughts to the point where they originate. At the point where a thought originates and is perceived and then the next thought originates - there is a gap. This gap between thoughts is silence.
When we experience this silence, then the burden of thoughts start to decrease and inner
orderliness starts to increase, which brings joy to our life. This is the alpha state.
Practice this technique daily, for about 30 minutes, either in the morning or evening, when the stomach is fairly empty. You can practice it anywhere, anytime, in a calm atmosphere.

First of all, realize that when people read what you have written, we all inhale whenever you write down a comma, or a period. Since you have written none of these down, it makesitseemasif youdon'thavetimetobreatheror wantanyoneelsetobreatheeither.
So how could you possibly be meditating?
Calm down.
Breathe.
Meditate to change your way of being.
Do you go swimming in order to get your towel wet, put it in the laundry, and get it cleaned,, but want the result of it being cleaned right at the moment that you dive into the pool?
This is a process, not a video game, not something for instantaneous gratification.

Basically, when one meditates and has some experiences, they are meant solely for the one meditating.
You should digest whatever you get (even if nothing), and not worry about being at this level or that.
Just be where you are, and nowhere else, and when you're done, be thankful, and keep it to yourself. . .forever!
If I was telling you secrets about me, and then you told the world, eventually, I'd stop telling you secrets.
