Can guy percieve if you are an insecure person, by insecure I mean that you totally lack confidence in yourself.
Can guys sense it, if so how?

Yes, it is very easy. Insecure women:
1) act shy
2) avoid eye contact
3) say very little (and when they do it is negative)
4) or talk very much about the same thing over and over again
5) lie about having a boyfriend

Anyone will notice an insecure person.
If you are insecure in a relationship, because your feelings about yourself are sure to spill into it. You should work on yourself first. Make a list of "problems" or "issues" that you think you have. Try and improve on them and make yourself feel better.
You will never be happy in a relationship unless you are happy with yourself.

I believe so.
Which is why some target certain women that they think will let them have their way with them easier.
They might "test" a woman to see how far they can go - that's the most popular way of finding out how confident a woman is in standing by her principles.
