Why can't i get online in the calgary and vancouver airports?

how do i get the code thing they ask me for?

Both airports run their wireless through Telus, and you need to subscribe monthly or pay hourly. The Airport authorities will probably (hopefully) change this when the Telus contracts run out, but until then, it is all about the $$$ for Telus.
