hey, dont be afaraid to make a move, cause if you dont now, when can you?
if you need ideas, try asking her to sit with you at lunch first, that way she can get a hint that you're into her, but not worry about any kind of embarassment from her friends.
if lunch isnt your thing, try talking to her in the hallways, but make sure she is alone. if she is with outhers, she may feel the need to act "cool" and turn you down.
if all else fails, leave her a note with YOUR phone number, thats how my boyfriend asked me out and weve been together for about 4 months now.

When you see her at school just tell her how you feel and that you want to know her better and maybe ya'll can hang out sometimes and be friends then move to boyfriend-Girlfriend.
