Probably rice, but it's hard to tell. The only part of a potato the is especially healthy is the skin, which most people don't like (but I do :] )

Rice, if it is brown whole grain. Potatoes metabolize fast. Refer to the glycemic index. White rice is not really good either. All refined carbs should be limited in your diet.
