I can't afford to pay for one, only the vet bills. The dog will be taken great care of. I live in the state of Ohio, can travel to Indiana, Pennslyvania, New York, and Kentucky.

Try doing a search for Canine Companions. I know that they do some training in Columbus, Ohio.
