Start talking to him! Its easier for a girl to talk to a guy than a guy to a girl, if a guy talks to a girl it is because he shows interest. If a girl does it, she is just being friendly and nice... or it could mean she shows interest. If anyone asks, just say you thought he was a nice (and cute) guy :D

forget him. don't waste your time on somemone like that. find soemone who appreciates you. how do you find that person? they are the ones you can't get rid of! look for the person loitering aroudn you or always passing you notes or imming you or texting or calling... or leaving weird mushy type messages mention problems with boyfriends or that your are single and see what this person does.
