No. Not sure why your asking this though so I thought I should add that in PA you can be fired for any reason, without notice. You can even be fired for no reason. I'm not sure what's going on with you and your insurance, but thought I'd make you aware of that.

That is wierd because one is going to be primary insurance and the other is like it is not there...you would be saving the company money in a way...group rates are generally cheaper for a company...Which plan covers the best?

No. An employer CAN NOT (under ANY circumstances) can an employer force you to take their health benefits. Not even if it's FREE!!
