Ladies, in your opinion which type of guy would you reccommend for your friend if you were to set her up on a blind date and why would you choose who you did? I need help deciding. Here are the potential candidates:
1) Downhome Country Boy loves to show & raise horses. Knows value of $. Has always had to work for everything himself. Loves to drink whiskey & have small house parties. shaggy brown hair & goatee. Weight~ 200 Height~6'0
2) Uptown Chicago Gangsta~ loves to flaunt money, expensive clothes,& flashy cars. Long black hair,tounge ring, tattoos, & cocky attitude. Also a BIG drinker/smoker. Weighs ~125 and~5'6.
3) Sloppy Hippie Guy w/ never combed long sholder length hair, baggy pants, and always a tye-dye shirt. He weighs about 270 and is about 5'7. Plays guitar, smokes, drinks like a fish. Very Smart, though.
4) Nerdy Chemistry/Video Game Lover~ Very Smart, but never had a girlfriend. Long curly hair, tan, Italian, w/ glasses. ~ 160 & 5'6. Drinks occasionally.

I'd go with #1 or #4.
Number One MUST know how to take care of something as he raises horses. Knowing the value of money is a plus, and the fact that things haven't been handed to him. He sounds strong.
Number Two, just, NO. Friends don't let friends go out with that.
Number Three has a drinking problem, along with a hygenic as well as fashion problem, so I'd say NO.
Number Four I say should just be given a chance. Seems nice. Seems safe. But I'm not sure how much fun this guy can be.

I'd choose number one probably because I love country guys some of my family is from tennesse so I guess it had grown on me, the whiskey would have to go!
The nerd might be okay because italians are so HOT. Plus being smart is the package deal. But the never had a girlfriend might be a small problem. But he's a bit short for my taste. But he is also the one that is going to be bringing in the money.

I would pick #4 first choice and #1 as second choice. #2 + #3 both have too many issues and more a waste of time for anything long term or serious. Heavy drinkers are bad news. Lived with an alcoholic bad news only worried about booze and not much more until everyone that ever cared for him left for their own sanity. Then he wanted everyone to feel sorry for him.

I would choose contestant #4. I avoid all men who "love" whiskey, love to flaunt anything, must drive flashy cars, wear shaggy hair (eeewwwww), baggy pants, drinks like a fish and smokes too much.
#4 may not be the popular choice, but in the long run, he may be the one who is the most well-adjusted, successful and long-lasting in a relationship. Since he has never had a girlfriend, he may be picky about who he dates - and if you are the one he chooses, you know that he gave it much thought.

Personally, I would choose guy #1. However it all depends on your friends personality. If she's a city slicker, she would maybe like guy #2 or #4. If she's a gentle quiet type, she'll probably be good with guy #1. Guy #1 had to work for everything himself, so he'll be a good partner when needing help. Hope this helps!!!

How can anyone make a decision without knowing what the Lady is like?? Its not going to help you if I were to pick one for one of my friends --they are not YOUR friend--so whats the use?? Now if I were to pick for myself?? I'd double date with #1 and #4 --The reason beings is that they both are responsible so they would get along and because #1 can teach #4 how to be more confident--and outgoing--

It really depends on the friend and their type. My friends tend to go for guys that are a little more metro and pretty boy so I'd pick #4. Also it depends on my friend's pet peeves. ie does she mind smoking, do they mind facial hair, tattoos/piercings, animals etc? If my friend really doesn't care, I would pick the guy I'd think would treat her the best and probably has in the same value and goals that she has. ie how ambitious are they, how do they prioritize their relationships,careers, posessions, etc.

hey i say either 1 or 4 , the seem like the best from these four , hardworking is a great quality but being smart is also good but say no! for 2 &3 they would lead to trouble

Hey doesnt her question ask " Ladies", lol. Why are there so many guys posting. To answer your question -If i was a girl i would prolly -if had to decide pick #4. At least you could prolly live a comfortable life not worring of gettin shot, or having enough food to eat! LOL!
