mustard oil affects and effects in preventing sinus by taking it through nose?

Mustard oil is indeed helpful in ameliorating sinusitis. Suck through the nose, only a few drops before taking shower and before going to bed.Take chawan prash for three months, one large spoon with a cup of warm milk in the morning and night.

i have never heard about taking mustard oil through nose but i can surely say that it is a very great oil.it is the best medicine for arthritis problems u can apply it on the pain or problematic area and u find result of reduce of pain .
for best results apply luke warm oil externally.
it is also very good for hair too
