i am really busy..but i am chubby..like i need to lose liek 20 pounds i think....well i want a way that would help..i know i crave chips a lot!!! i do liek to exersise but i have no time? my bro wedding is soon and i want to lose weight.

A good diet which no one here can really give you information about you would need to goto a site more designed for it. but A good diet and 3-5 days a week of working out will do the trick. As for being busy there are 24 hours in a day and i dont know too many people that use all 24 hours. It's all about how bad you really want to lose weight and what your willing to give up to lose it. good luck your on the right track

Try a living foods diet. You can eat all the raw foods you want, and still lose a ton of weight fast. It is a detox diet, so you will end up feeling great! (I have experience with this personally)

A healthy diet, exercise and patience. Don't expect the weight to just fall off over night you have to be patient.
