where the tiniest tank top that you have so that you can show off your stomach. and some tight jeans, that ride real low, with like a red thong sticking out the back, dangly earrings, and when you talk to him kinda whisper everything you say into his ear, seductively

hang out with him before going after him. he may be a total jerk even if he's cute
honestly, hon, he's not going to notice what you wear unless it's realllly slutty, and if it is, he's either going to be afraid of you or just think about getting into your pants, which i'm assuming isn't what you want.
the best way to get a guy to hang out with you is to be in a class of his or something and talk about that...or have the same teacher, anything. if you can't do that, go up and ask if you can sit with him at lunch. he probably won't be like "no you can't" and then once he gets used to you dropping by he might get to like you being there and you'll be friends.

Ask him to hang out with a group of people. Then spend most of the time with him. Invite more than one guy though, so then he doesn't feel awkward with all girls. But fill the others in maybe? Either go to the movies and then out for dinner with a group. Or go to the mall.

First of all be yourself and you've helped me answer questions and from what I hear you're a nice person! So he should like you! First off talk about things you KNOW you have in common with him. And become friends with him if you have enough things in common to build a friendship on. Then once he opens up to you I could ALMOST guarantee that he'll give you a chance!
