Well I think it depends on what nickname she gives you. If it has to do with the way you look in a good way then most likely and if its something good about you that has to do with your personality then there's a good chance, if its something that has NOTHING to do with you at all or its not the nicest thing then I doubt it.

i mean i guess it depends on the girl, but honestly it probably means she likes your reaction to it, more than her being into you. if you make a funny face when she comes up with a new one, that's a good enough reason for her to keep doing it. not that she wants to date you.
