no animals eat all kinds of food like how dogs eat human food well there should be nothing wrong with that

It is for the bird. Particularly when the cat eats the bird to go with the bird food as well.
Other wise no. It is not bad when a cat eats bird food.

might be bad for the bird if it is sitting near at the time of consumption. No Bird Feed is all organic and will not injure the cat. It may have the runs for a few days though.

Grains are added to a lot of animal feed: corn, rice,... You don't really specify what kind of bird feed it is. Many animals eat grains without any problems unless they are allergic to them. Cats will also eat grass and other greenery if their digestive system is upset.
My chickens love cat feed! When I let them out in the yard they go straight for the cat food. Pretty funny. The grass is always greener..., isn't it?

It shouldnt be too bad. Birds need lots of protein and so do cats. The worst your cat will get is grouchy if they get a stomach ache. One of my friends had this problem.
