Whether should I tell him my opinions towards him?

I have this guy friend who I like him a lot. In new year's eve, he texted me and said he would go to his friends for watching firework. He said he would tell me if he went there and then I can join in them.
At 11:10am he finally texted me and said he had already arrived at the party and he didnt even tell me the exact address and how to get there. Because I'm foreigner in this country I dont know so many places in the city, I had to search for the internet for how to go there and I found it would take me more than 40 mins to go there by changing two buses!!! Even if I went there and I would probably miss the countdown. So I didnt go and I was alone that night.

I felt so hurt and fustrated at that time. I thought he was nice to me and I was so happy that I could spend my first new years eve in this country with him because he was the only one I know at that moment.He called me and said sorry three days later and said I was fine in the phone. But I still feel hurt,should I tell him?

yes tell him, if u keep these emotions bottled up inside then the only person u hurt is yourself. good luck
