hello
your question's importance will become clearer once the WHY is explained , i mean why is it important for people to realize that ?

i dont know about christians , but i think in certain other religions , that will be helpful knowledge .
i think ALL religions were CERTAINLY man-made , by individuals who were kind and caring , these people (prophets) saw the need for spreading HUMANITY even before the word existed .
but wait, humanity is human thing too , so what about all the SUPER-HUMAN parts of religions ?
most of these prophets or visionaries came when humans were WEAK as the scientific exploits of the human brain did not yet happen , so the mood in general was a belief in the supernatural to explain a lot of aspects of life , both material (like creation, natural phenomenon) and spiritual (like honesty , falshood , bravery , etc etc ) , simply because they were too IGNORANT to have a more MAN-CENTERED view of the world (hence they assumed all men are ignorant - hence no man has to be necessarily absolutely right - hence the need for the DIVINE to adopt any man-made ideas if they are to be successfuly imposed on people)
in my opinion , a lot of these prophets knew , to some extent, that they were consciously misrepresenting the truth a little - by attributing the fruit of their thoughts to a GOD or ANGEL , but that was done benevolently - because they were sure this was the only format in which the then primitive human race would accept and adopt a set of values that THESE PROPHETS thought were necessary for community .i also believe that to some extent , they actually BELIEVED the IDEOLOGIES they created were INSPIRED to them by GODS or whatever higher entities .

if one accepts this explanation of the genesis of religions , it becomes obvious all the bases of religions (like morality for example, good and bad) are MAN-MADE rather than DIVINE DECREE .
THIS IS WHERE WE APPRECIATE THE IMPORTANCE OF DETERMINING WHETHER RELIGIONS ARE DIVINE OR HUMAN
anything man-made is subject to MODIFICATION , according to the percieved FUNCTION this man-made object is designed to perform .
this is different from the blind acceptance of scripts -which often contain controversial ideas -as immutable divine dictation .

so , like we can make an AUTOMOBILE better because we know it is supposed to
1 carry people around
2 do so cheaply , effectively , safely
so if we prove that a part of an automobile is DETRIMENTAL to the successful performance of te WHOLE thing , we can change that part , because we know its ORIGINAL PURPOSE.

compare that to the hypothetical situation where people found automobiles already made in nature , and people did not know what to use them for , then it is IMPOSSIBLE for them to make these vehicles BETTER , because they didn;t make them in the first place , so any distortion of the original would be a FALSIFICATION .
apply this comparison to religions , especially those parts of religion that are accepted blindly by MILLIONS of people , and that have been proven by time to be BAD.
once we establish that the fundamental purpose of religion is GOOD , we can accept the parts of religion that we see as GOOD and reject the parts that are OBVIOUSLY BAD without fear of BLASPHEMY .
this is especially important where we have beliefs that are held by a lot of people , that are not beneficial to a community , applying these principles could save the community from being harmed in the name of GOD , and religion in general .

this is an idea that has been forming in my head for some time now , in response to a lot of ignorance and evil that i think are propagated due to lack of flexibility in understanding the REAL basis and function and origin of religion .

as to WHEN people will realize this ,

i think people actually do , i am sure more people are convinced religion is just a bunch of traditions than believe there actually is a being called god /jehovah/buddha/allah or whatever .

people actively choose to represent themselves as believers , thats very different from actually believing .

so the answer is people already do .

An old saying goes "First impressions are the strongest impression " - its a true statement and if you were brought up
being brainwashed, its hard to change your mind. Besides, most
people are busy thinking about other stuff, like making a living,
etc. and dont really have time or inclination to really think about
it and just keep parroting what many around them are saying.
Its much the same with politics, etc.

You're question is "begging the question" in that you worded it in a way that requires the answerer to already believe all religions are created by men. The faithful have as much proof of the supernatural aspects of their religion that you have that it is merely a creation of men. Because, just as you can't prove any religion true, you also can't prove any one false. I really don't think it exists but it is possible that we may both actually burn in hell...

Religions were created by man, yet they all have value. As long as someone is following a religion, they are at least searching for truth and will eventually find it, even if not in the first one they try. The key is to never stop sincerely searching for truth. It's out there. When the student is ready, the teacher will appear.

it is right that men told you about religions,it is very easy to say it could be made by them so they could rule the world, and have control on people,
but what is hard to believe that most of these prophets or whatever they were not educated well and they came with rules that need 10 governments in our days to make it.
2nd no one of them his life was improved after they came with these religions, but the had a hard time to reach it to the people
most of them suffered and tortured

Religion is just mans attempt to explain that wihch cannot be explained. There is nothing wrong with that I am Wiccan, but when you beleive your religion is the only one and your god is the only one and you force your opinions on others and claim there is absollute truth then that is backwards and wrong and ignorant.

Why do you care if other people want to be religious? It's not your business. We can say sort of the same thing to you. When will people realize that God is real? When will people realize that religion is not so called 'BS'?

When people realise that "God" is within us all, whatever name is used. When people stop blaming God for all the world's problems. When people become more intuned with nature and naturally occurring phenomena. When people stop using religion as a scapegoat or escape route. etc. etc. ad nauseum.

When will people realize that atheism, evolution, and other theories of so-called science are created by men and offer some truth mixed with some lies, just as religions do?

I've known that for ages. Karl Marx said they were an opiate for the masses. I've always maintained that all the world's religions worship the same entity, but it's given different names and attributes so the different societies can comprehend it. Personally, I like comprehending it with the Episcopalians.
