If you're 15 that makes the age difference kind of important...my own very personal POV. Looking at it from the other side...I'm 24yo guy and if I were attracted to a girl not out of HighSchool yet...I would not be thinking about a long term relationship...rather, probably just a fling...so be careful! If you decide to keep flirting, just know he'll probably keep flirting back and you'll eventually move on. If you decide to move past that...well...don't! LOL

You're better off not going any further, he may try to take advantage of you, that could be an obvious one if he knows the laws concerning age difference, if it was you starting the flirting he's probably just being friendly, if you try to take it further he may start backing off. Since you're a minor he can get into deep s*!t and I don't think he want sto lose his job or get sued or arrested, and at your age there's a chance you probably took it wrong as your hormones have a habit of f***ing your emotions part of the brain bigtime.

Take time and be patient. You feel a powerful emotion and he is far more emotionally prepared to handle this. He may try to take advantage of this, do not let him. Be patient...in six months you will not be the same person as before. You may grow to love him more or less.

it's okay to like him but he's too old for you. Start liking someone closer to your age. he could get into trouble.
