What is a romantic idea for a girl to do for a guy?

I need an idea for something to do for his birthday and our one year both of which are coming up soon ( and valentines too if i can). Im out of ideas.I want something good since i know he likes the romantic things..... help?

I always liked the indoor picnic idea. Do you have a fur or a fake fur? I know it's rather cliche, but it's still fun. Go to his place in your fur, have on only sexy lingerie underneath and have your picnic basket in hand.

Set up a picnic on the floor and don't take off your coat. He'll keep asking why don't you take off your coat. Keep giving a flimsy excuse like "it's cold". For dessert, some strawberries to feed to each other and a can of whip cream.

It depends on the environment... if you have a place for being alone with him you can cook for him (if you know how to cook of course) and have a romantic dinner with wine or some sweet beverage... If not take him out for a great restaurant (a romantic one... candle lights and soft music). Another idea is to take him out on a weekend... go to a hotel. You can contact a hotel and they can be in charge of the romantic thing... they can prepare everything before you get there (wine, champaigne, flowers, candles or whatever you want).
